MidPenn Legal Services Hosts I.D.E.A.L. Conversation Breakfast on Oct. 17

The I.D.E.A.L. (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility in Legal Aid) Conversation Breakfast, organized by MidPenn Legal Services' Justice & Equity Center, will be held on October 17, 2023 from 8:30 AM-10:30 AM Eastern at the Gunter-Smith Center for Community Engagement: Community Room, Mural Room, 59 E Market St, York, PA 17401.

This event is an important step towards initiating conversations about diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) issues from a civil legal aid perspective in York County. With an esteemed panel of speakers, this event offers attendees an opportunity to gain a better understanding of the complexities of DEI issues and become more effective advocates in their communities.

The panel discussion will focus on moving the DEI dialogue forward by exploring the various dimensions of diversity, and the ways in which we can work toward systemic change.
