PLAN Inc. is committed to making data driven decisions around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Our initiatives and efforts are rooted in a combination of best practices within the diversity & inclusion industry and assessment findings collected by consultants and PLAN DEIB employees.
DEIB Dashboard
The DEIB dashboard was created to illustrate the diversity that exists within the network. Diversity is not limited to one intersection of personnel identity, but focuses on various categories including but not limited to: race, orientation, gender, religious beliefs, etc.

Diversity Strategic Plan
To begin operationalizing and crafting a holistic vision around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at PLAN Inc. The Director of DEIB & HR Operations developed a 5-year diversity strategic plan that centralizes all DEIB practices into a plan that gives the work the proper placement within the organization and network. The diversity plan also serves as a roadmap of the work that has taken place and that will take place over the next 5 years. Towards the end of the 5-year period the plan will be reviewed and renewed by PLAN DEIB staff.
