The Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network is presenting the 2010 Public Benefits Conference on May 19-20, 2010 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 23 South Second Street, Harrsiburg, PA 17101.

The conference will present workshops on a number of topics sponsored by the Public Benefits Law Group, the Disability Law Group, the Pennsylvania Health Law Project and the Pennsylvania Utility Law Project.

Continuing Legal Education

The conference has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of nine (9 hours.) of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.

Registration Fee:

Registration and CLE credits are free to all Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network staff or board representatives. Registration includes conference materials, refreshments, breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, May 19, and breakfast on Thursday, May 20. Dinner is on your own.

The cost to individual attending who are not affiliated with a PA Legal Aid Network program are:

• Full Conference: $ 270
• May 19 (Only): $165
• May 20 (Only): $105

There will be a fee of $35 charged for all cancellations received after May 17th, regardless of whether it is a ”legal aid network registration” or a “non-legal aid” registration. Hotel Accommodations:

Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. has reserved a block of rooms at the Crowne Plaza Harrisburg-Hershey for this conference. You can reserve a room in this block by completing the Hotel Registration information in the online registration form. 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT FOR ANY HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS.

The cost for overnight accommodations is $99.00 per night for single, double, triple or quad. The cost of parking is $9.00.

Hotel reservations at the conference rate and assured availability are only guaranteed if they are received through the online registration form by May 12, 2010.
