The National Employment Law Project has developed a new fact sheet entitled Questions & Answers About Benefit Extensions under H.R. 3548, the Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act of 2009.

This sheet attempts to explain the unemployment compensation extension that was signed into law on Friday, November 6, 2009. It presents the NELP's best understanding of how the extensions will work under this law in combination with existing benefit extensions.
