The PLAN Homeownership & Consumer Rights Law Group is hosting a first-ever state-wide in-person conference on Heirs Properties and Tangled Titles.  The conference will be held in Harrisburg on Thurs, March 6, 2025, starting at 2:00 PM, through Fri, March 7, 2025 at 4:00 PM.  

Sessions are planned on deed basics; how to raise an estate to preserve a family home; what to know about wills, powers of attorneys and advanced medical directives; litigation to resolve probate and homeownership issues; a special session on state inheritance taxes and Medicaid estate recovery liens; and research and policy solutions.
