Lifeline Consumer Advocate Training Webinar - May 6
The Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) will be holding a Lifeline Consumer Advocate Training Webinar on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 from 3:00 PM-4:00 PM Eastern.
Lifeline is a federal benefit that lowers the monthly cost of phone or internet service for low income consumers. Recipients of the Lifeline benefit can receive up to $9.25 towards home or mobile phone service or high-speed broadband.
In recent days USAC has heard from many frontline staff requesting information about Lifeline. To help you better serve your clients who may be interested in receiving Lifeline, USAC is hosting a Consumer Advocate webinar. Please share information about this training with those that may be interested in learning how their clients can apply.
