The American Bar Association Center for Pro Bono is hosting a free webinar entitled Data that Drives: How Legal Aid Organizations Use Feedback for Impact on September 24, 2025 at 1:00 PM Eastern.

Legal aid providers need great data to do great work. For example, data that tells you whether your clients feel up-to-date on their cases. Data that tells you what your volunteers are experiencing. Data that tells you what’s working well with virtual and in-person meeting operations, and what’s working not so well.

This webinar will share how legal aid organizations across the country have used community  feedback for fundraising, strategic decision-making, and advancing equity goals. This session is designed to be interactive so come prepared to share, hear from other organizations, and ask questions.
