Registration is now open for the 2012 Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network Conference, which will be held September 11-12, 2012 at the Hilton Harrisburg Hotel.

Registration:

Registration is free to program staff or program board members of the following PA Legal Aid Network (PLAN) programs: CJP, CLS, FoF, LLS, LASP, MPLS, NLSA, NPLS, NWLS, PHLP, PILP, PULP, RHLS and SWPLS. Registration for staff of non-PLAN public interest, government or other nonprofit organization is $150.00. The cost for all other registrants is $260.00.

Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner on Tuesday, September 11; full breakfast, morning snacks and a boxed lunch on Wednesday, September 12; conference materials, and access to all workshops.

CLE Credits:

This conference has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 8.5 hours of CLE credit (up to 8.5 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure and up to 6 hours of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit). A fee of $15.00 is required for anyone who is applying to receive CLE credit.

Hotel Accommodations:

The cost for overnight hotel accommodations is $129 per night plus tax, for single or double rooms. The cost of self parking is $10.

Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network (PLAN) program staff and program board members can make reservations by completing the Hotel Registration section of this online registration prior to Tuesday, August 28, 2012.

Registrants who are not PLAN staff members should make their Hotel reservations by contacting the Hilton Harrisburg hotel directly at 1-717-233-6000 prior to Tuesday, August 28, 2012. . Please notify the hotel that you are registering for the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network Conference to receive the $129.00 rate.

Cancellation Policies:

A $50 cancellation fee for all conference cancellations received after September 5, 2012 will be imposed, regardless of whether it is a "legal aid network" registration or a "non-legal aid network" registration.

You will be charged for the first night if hotel reservations are not canceled within 24 hours prior to arrival.
