Webinar: Legal Assistance for Low-Income LGBT Seniors

The Shriver Center’s CLEARINGHOUSE REVIEW and the Legal Aid Association of California (LAAC) are holding a 60-minute webinar on legal assistance for low-income LGBT seniors on July 1, 2010 at 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Eastern.

Designed for legal aid attorneys working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) seniors, this webinar will cover strategies for effectively advocating on behalf of LGBT clients and will address estate planning and other legal approaches to maximize relationship recognition and family protection for LGBT clients.
