Join Julia Simon-Mishel, Philadelphia Legal Assistance, Andrew Stettner, The Century Foundation, and Michele Evermore, National Employment Law Project, for a webinar entitled Centering Workers—How to Modernize Unemployment Insurance Technology, as they share highlights from their soon-to-be-released report bearing the same name. The report, which was supported by a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, draws lessons from state modernization experiences and recommends user-friendly design and implementation methods for future projects.
