Upcoming Webinars: Community HealthChoices (CHC) after Continuity of Care: What Phase 3 Participants and Their Advocates Need to Know
The Pennsylvania Health Law Project is holding regional webinars for Community HealthChoices (CHC) participants in Northeast PA, Northwest PA and the Lehigh/Capitol zones, who were receiving waiver services in 2019, became enrolled in one of 3 CHC managed care plans in January 2020.
Participants’ waiver services could not be changed for the first 180 days of the program. Effective July 1, 2020, CHC plans can reassess participants and change/decrease services.
