Registration is open for the 2015 Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network Conference which will take place October 1-2, 2015 at the Hilton Harrisburg Hotel. 

A preliminary Conference Sessions-at-a-Glance is now available on the PLAN website listing some of the many workshops that will be offered at the conference.

Registration is free for staff and board members of Pennsylvania’s network of legal aid programs. Registration includes meals, but there is a fee for CLE credits. Registration for staff of non-PLAN public interest, government or other nonprofit organization is $150.00. The cost for all other registrants is $260.00. There is an additional fee of $15 for anyone requesting CLE Credit.

Hotel Reservations at the conference rate are no longer available.  You may contact Kelly Bock Yeckley at 1-717-236-9486 ext. 201 to check to see if a room might still be available at the Hilton Harrisburg.  Rooms for this event at Hilton Harrisburg are subject to availability at this time and, if avaliable, may only be avaliable at the standard rate only not the special discounted rate. 

If you are a staff member or board member of one of our legal aid programs and you need hotel reservations, please indicate that on the registration form. Room, tax and self-parking will be direct billed to PLAN and our fiscal department will reconcile later with your program.

This year, there will be many helpful workshops for legal services staff, board members and other friends of the legal services community. CLE credits are available for attorneys who attend qualifying sessions for an additional cost of $15.00.

CLE Credit:

The conference on October 1 and 2, has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 9.5 hours of CLE credit substantive law, practice and procedure and up to 2.0 of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit. An additional fee of $15.00 is required for anyone who is applying to receive this CLE credit. 

The CLE credit fee of $15.00 is required to be paid at the time of registration. If your program policy provides for the payment of CLE fees you are free to seek reimbursement of the fee from your program.
