The 2011 Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network Conference will be held May 11-12, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Harrisburg-Hershey. You can register for the conference online at the link below.

Registration:

Registration is free to all Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network staff and client representatives. Registration for staff of public interest, government or other nonprofit organization is $125. Registration for all other registrants is $225.00. A fee of $15.00 is also required for anyone who is applying to receive CLE credit.

Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks and dinner on Wednesday, May 11; full breakfast, morning snacks and a boxed lunch on Thursday, May 12; conference materials, and access to all workshops.

CLE Credits:

This conference has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 9.0 total hours of continuing legal education credit including a maximum of 9.0 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and a maximum of 3.5 hours of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit. A fee of $15.00 is required for anyone who is applying to receive CLE credit.

Hotel Accommodations:

The cost for overnight hotel accommodations is $105 per night for single, double, triple or quad occupancy. The cost of parking is $9.00.

Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network (PLAN) staff and client representatives must make reservations through Fran Weisinger at PLAN prior to FRIDAY, APRIL 29, 2011 to receive the conference rate and assure availability. PLAN staff and client representatives can make reservations by completing the Hotel Registration section of the online registration prior to FRIDAY, APRIL 29, 2011.

Registrants who are not PLAN staff members should make their Hotel reservations by contacting the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 1-877-270-1393 prior to FRIDAY, APRIL 29, 2011. Please notify the hotel that you will be attending the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network Conference to receive the conference rate of $105.

Cancellation Policies:

A $50 cancellation fee for all conference cancellations received after MAY 3, 2011 will be imposed, regardless of whether it is a "legal aid network" registration or a "non-legal aid network" registration.

You will be charged for the first night if hotel reservations are not canceled within 24 hours prior to arrival.
