The Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network Elder Law Group will be meeting on June 26, 2009 at the Louise Brookins Building, 188 Locust Street, in Harrisburg.

A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. Overnight accommodations will be direct billed to PLAN, Inc.

• Update on activities under Administration on Aging grant to assess needs and enhance availability of legal services for the elderly (SeniorLAW Center)
• Program resources for elder health law issues (PHLP)
• Lunch and dialogue with Anne Kapoor, Esq., Legal Services Developer, Pennsylvania Department of Aging
• Planning for Elder Law Group activities, including areas for joint training; Possible issues for statewide collaboration; best mechanisms for meeting/communicating (possibilities include periodic conference calls, face-to-face meetings, list serve postings, etc.).
