Consumer Rights Litigation Conference and Consumer Class Action Symposium

The National Consumer Law Center will be holding its Consumer Rights Litigation Conference and Consumer Class Action Symposium on October 22-25, 2009 in Philadelphia at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel.

NCLC touts this as "...the largest annual consumer law conference in the country and it’s not to be missed—cutting edge law; the latest strategies from leading experts; valuable insight on trends, tactics, and techniques; and networking events with colleagues who share an interest in consumer justice."

Senator Robert Casey will speak at one of the plenary sessions. Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson, who won the stunning consent order putting the National Arbitration Forum out of the business of arbitrating consumer cases, will also be a speaker.
