Chief Justice Castille expands access to fairness

This Letter to the Editor from Samuel W. Milkes, Executive Director of PLAN, inc. appeared in the Patriot-News/pennlive.com on February 11, 2011. The letter praises Chief Justice Ronald Castille for his leadership, helping assure access to justice for low-income Pennsylvanians who turn to legal aid for help when seeking a protection from abuse order to stop domestic violence, defending a mortgage foreclosure or trying to keep health benefits.
