Is your organization working on an online intake project this year or planning one for next year? Learn all you need to know about the online intake process using A2J Author by attending this monthly series. Each month a step in the online intake planning process will be covered and questions will be taken from the attendees working on such projects.

This month there will be a demonstration of how to use A2J Author to review, update and adapt an existing online intake interview for your organization’s particular needs.
