Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. is hosting a DAP – SSI/SSDI Skill Building virtual training titled "A Roundtable Discussion on SSR 24-3p- One Month Later" on Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 2:00-3:00 pm Eastern Time. 

This presentation will offer information on the changes between SSR 00-4p and SSR 24-3p, including a short discussion on the ethical burden on claimant’s representatives and a practical overview of questions that should be being asked at hearings. We will then offer a roundtable discussion from attorneys who have had hearings since January 6, 2025 (the implementation date) to discuss what they’re seeing from ALJs, and to ensure PLAN attorneys know what the ALJs should be doing at hearings.

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for .5 hour of substantive law CLE Credit and .5 Ethics CLE Credit.
