Community Legal Services of Philadelphia supplies free legal aid to low-income residents of Philadelphia and also engages in advocating for critical policy changes.

Calling a Hotlines is the fastest way to speak with a PLA advocate about your legal issue:

• Save Your Home Philly Hotline - For help with home mortgages, sheriff sales, or tangled titles call 215-334-HOME (4663) between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
• Eviction Diversion Program Tenant Hotline - For help with an eviction call 215-523-9501 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
• Family Law Hotline - For help with child custody, leaving an abusive home, or another family issue, call 215-981-3838 9:30 a.m. and 12 p.m., on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• General Intake Hotline - For help with unemployment compensation, tax issues, or any other issue, call 215-981-3800 between 9:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. Monday through Thursday.  
• SSI Cases - If your legal problem is SSI, contact Community Legal Services (CLS) for assistance.
