Pennsylvania races clock to find 30,000 jobs

Story in the Philadelphia Inquirer discussing the Way to Work program, a statewide subsidized-job program in which Pennsylvania will begin to pump $78 million of federal stimulus funding, plus an additional $19.5 million of its own money into to stimulate job creation.
