Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) 101: Part 2

Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. is hosting a webinar entitled Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) 101: Part 2, on Monday, September 30, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern.

TANF 101 Part 2 will pick up where Part 1 left off, wrapping up on Family Violence Option policy and moving on to post-TANF benefits, Diversion, and Appeals.  

We will also present some scenarios on how to help a TANF parent navigate through the application process, including how to: assert an exemptions/good cause; volunteer for an education/training activity; and select and Employment & Training (E&T) activity best suited to the parent’s and their family’s needs and goals.

CLE Credit

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hour of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.
