Community HealthChoices is the State’s New Managed Care Program that will impact 450,000 Pennsylvanians.

Who Will be Impacted?

  1. Individuals with both Medicare and Medicaid.
  2. People on one of five Home & Community Based Waiver programs including Attendant Care, Independence, OBRA, CommCare and the Aging Waiver.
  3. Individuals in nursing homes paid for by Medicaid.

This webinar will explain what changes will occur and when the changes will be effective.
