Background
This webinar is an update from the Housing Alliance, PULP, and CLS’s webinars on October 27, 2020 and February 2, 2021.
Most of the emergency utility protections in response to the pandemic will end on March 31, 2021, and households across the state will be facing utility shutoffs. Learn about how, together, we can assist our fellow Pennsylvanians to avoid having their utilities terminated for nonpayment.
