Our condolences are with Justice Max Baer's family on his passing. Justice Baer has served our courts and our commonwealth for more than four decades. He leaves behind a legacy of advocating on behalf of Pennsylvania’s children and protecting and providing for our youngest and most vulnerable citizens.
