Op-Ed contribution to the New York Times by John T. Broderick Jr., Chief Justice of New Hampshire and  Ronald M. George, Chief Justice of California, advocating for the use of unbundled legal services and other innovative solutions - like self-help Web sites, online assistance programs and court self-help centers - to assist in the effort to provide individuals with limited resources full access to the courts and the justice system.
