The Legal Services Corporation has issued its income eligibility guidelines for 2010, which establish maximum income levels for individuals and families eligible for legal assistance from LSC-funded legal aid programs.

LSC's guidelines are based on 125 percent of the federal poverty level as established by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The 2010 guidelines are identical to the 2009 guidelines.

The official announcement was published in the Federal Register on August 6, 2010 and are effective August 6, 2010.
