North Penn Legal Services is hosting a free virtual presentation entitled The Community HealthChoices Waiver: Qualifying for and Accessing Services on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 1:00 PM–3:00 PM Eastern.

This session will provide an overview of the Community HealthChoices (CHC) Waiver so you can help your clients qualify for Medicaid-funded services at home and make sure they get the services they need once they are enrolled. We'll cover eligibility and enrollment, provide tips on how to best position your client to get the level of services they need from their CHC managed care plan, and explain how to contest inadequate service plans or reductions in service hours.
