Consumer Advocate Training: Lifeline - August 11, 2021
Lifeline is a federal benefit that lowers the monthly cost of phone or internet service for low income consumers. Recipients of the Lifeline benefit can receive up to $9.25/month towards home or mobile phone service or high-speed broadband.
To help you better serve your clients who may be interested in receiving Lifeline, USAC is hosting a Consumer Advocate webinar that will serve as an overview of the Lifeline program and how your clients can apply.
This training is for consumer advocates, caseworkers, and others who work in their community. Please feel free to share information on this webinar with those that may be interested in learning how their clients can apply.
