Avoiding Foreclosure Update 2012
Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. will be holding a mortgage foreclosure training, entitled Avoiding Foreclosure Update 2012, on June 12, 2012 at the Hilton Harrisburg Hotel, One North Second Street, Harrisburg, PA.
This training is offered to legal services staff and housing counselors at no cost, including meals and CLE credits.
Private attorneys handling at least one pro bono foreclosure case in 2012 may also attend the training free of charge.
Travel to and from the event and some hotel accommodations, for housing counselors and legal services staff, will be paid by PLAN, Inc. from funding under the NeighborWorks grant. All travel expense reimbursement requests must be accompanied by itemized receipts.
A limited number of hotel rooms are available for the night prior to the training at no cost to housing counselors and legal services staff traveling a significant distance to attend the training. You can request one of these rooms when completing your registration form.
CLE Credits:
This training has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 5.0 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.
