Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network will be hosting a webinar entitled UC and PUA Troubleshooting Training on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 11:00 AM.

The training will be led by Julia Simon-Mishel, Supervising Attorney at Philadelphia Legal Assistance and Shawn Price from DLI Customer Service. 

It will take you through the steps to troubleshoot claim issues, including the various resources available to view claims online. 

This training will help you identify and correct some client issues on your own, without even going to DLI, as well as help you identify problems more clearly that need DLI's intervention.
