Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. is hosting the next monthly DAP – SSI/SSDI Skill Building series webinar, entitled SSI/SSDI Case Development and Ethical Considerations, on September 30, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern.

Since we have had some new advocates join us, and others have gotten experience handling cases,  it’s time to revisit Social Security disability basics covered earlier this year. 

The September 30, 2021 session will be a review of the combination of getting medical records and the ethical issues facing you in your efforts in obtaining those records. If you attended this training in February 2021, but have had experience handling cases since you first took the training, we would encourage you to attend and view the training with this new lens.

CLE Credit

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.5 hours of ethics law, practice and procedure CLE credit. 

PLEASE NOTE:  if you are requesting CLE credit for attending this webinar you must actively participate in the entire webinar. There will be interactive polls launched during the webinar that you will have to respond to in order to prove your active participation.
