PLAN Housing 101 Training

Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network is offering a PLAN Housing 101 Law Group training on December 17 & 18, 2018 at the Dauphin County Bar Association Building in Harrisburg PA. The training is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on December 17 and from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on December 18.

Registration:

Registration is free to staff of  PA Legal Aid Network (PLAN) programs including: CJP, CLS, FoF, LLS, LASP, MPLS, NLSA, NPLS, NWLS, PHLP, PILP, PLA, PULP, RHLS and SWPLS. 

Registration for Other Non-Profits or Government staff is $140.
Registration for all others is $300.

Lunch on December 17 and continental breakfast and lunch on December 18 will be provided for attendees of the training.

PLEASE NOTE: DINNER ON THE EVENING OF DECEMBER 17 IS OR YOUR OWN AND PLAN WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REIMBURSE FOR IT.

PLAN will cover the cost of the CLE credits for PLAN Program staff. PLAN is also able to offer, for this training, reimbursement for travel expenses such as mileage, tolls, and parking for two attendees from each of the PLAN programs.

Parking will be covered at the standard parking garage daily rate ONLY. Carpooling is expected where appropriate. 

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is NOT AVAILABLE at the DCBA BUILDING or around it.  There is a parking garage located behind the Bar Association that attendees can use. It is accessed on Second Street between Locust and Pine Streets.

If an overnight room is needed that will be decided on a case-by-case basis and attendee(s) will need to contact Kelly Bock Yeckley at kbockyeckley@palegalaid.net or 717-236-9486 ext. 201. Sharing rooms is strongly encouraged when appropriate. We are able to offer these reimbursements for this training but may not be able to do so in the future.

CLE Credit:

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for nine (9.0) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.
