Family Law Group Meeting/Training (Virtual Event)

Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network is hosting a virtual Family Law Group Meeting/Training on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 from 1:00 PM-4:00 PM.

Since we were unable to meet in person the past year we are offering this and possible other virtual meetings so that advocates are able to network and discuss updates, etc. 

The agenda for this meeting/training will include:

  1. 1.5 hour substantive training (topic to be determined) Will be eligible for CLE credit.
  2. Short Break
  3. Discussion
    • What issues are people seeing?
    • Protocols/procedures/changes which were made for COVID that we want to advocate for keeping in place when things open up again.  Including tips on how to advocate with the court.

In order to participate in this meeting you will need to complete registration at the link below.  

CLE Credit

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for one (1.5) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit. 

PLEASE NOTE:  if you are requesting CLE credit for attending this webinar you must actively participate in the entire webinar. There will be interactive polls launched during the webinar that you will have to respond to in order to prove your active participation. 

IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO EVERY POLL QUESTION WE ARE UNABLE TO GIVE YOU THE CLE CREDIT.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. Please keep that email as you will need the information in it to access the meeting.
