North Penn Legal Services is hosting a virtual presentation entitled Child Custody 2025 Recap  on October 23, 2025 from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM Eastern via Zoom. 

This free distance-learning CLE is presented by North Penn Legal Services as a part of Pro Bono Week.

This is a concise review of new developments in Pennsylvania child custody law and practice. Topics will include recent changes to substantive custody law as well as procedural rules, and an overview of notable case law from the past year.

Dyan Dinstel is a Staff Attorney at North Penn Legal Services and primarily handles cases relating to child custody and protection orders. She serves as chairperson of the organization’s Family Law Group and enjoys keeping abreast of developing case law.
