Project Beyond Definition and the Pennsylvania Health Law Project are hosting a virtual town hall on developmental disabilities and the two main systems serving Pennsylvanians who need long-term care — the waivers offered through the Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) and the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP)

The town hall will be held on Zoom on Monday July 20, 2026 beginning at 6:00 PM Eastern.

In this hour-long session, panelists will discuss how the OLTL and ODP systems differ and who each one serves. They'll share their experiences — both lived and professional — navigating these systems and the policies that govern them, with the goal of sparking dialogue on how to improve Pennsylvania's long-term care system. A live Q&A will follow the panel discussion.
