A webinar entitled Immigrant Access to Medical Assistance Programs Under HR1 will be held on July 8, 2026 beginning at 2:00 PM Eastern. 

This is part of a series of educational trainings being offered for statewide organizations as HR1's changes take effect. The series is being presented jointly, in partnership, by Pennsylvania Health Law Project, Community Legal Service of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Health Access Network and Clariffi.

In this program, attorneys from Community Legal Services will explain which immigrants may be at risk of losing Medical Assistance starting October 1, 2026, share updates on the verification letters DHS will begin sending this summer, and offer tips on how to respond.
