Webinar: Making Justice Relatable: Building a Storytelling Architecture for Legal Aid - Nov. 19

The Management Information Exchange is offering a free webinar, with the support of the National Association of IOLTA programs, entitled Making Justice Relatable: Building a Storytelling Architecture for Legal Aid on November 19, 2025 from 2:00 PM-3:30 PM Eastern.

Even the most powerful missions can get lost without a clear story. This interactive webinar from thredpartners will introduce a practical framework—adapted from a Fortune 100 Company’s Storytelling Architecture—to help legal aid organizations clarify and unify how they talk about their purpose, values, and impact.

Participants will learn how to translate a corporate storytelling model into the nonprofit and legal aid context—identifying their own “brand positioning,” “purpose,” and “key messages” to engage clients, partners, funders, and staff. We’ll explore how to connect everyday work to a larger narrative that is mission-driven, human-centered, and impact-oriented.

By the end of this session, attendees will:

  • Understand how to define and communicate their organization’s unique value proposition.
  • Learn how to align internal and external messaging around shared purpose and impact.
  • Receive templates and examples to create their own Legal Aid Storytelling Architecture for use in communications, recruitment, and stakeholder engagement.

There is no fee for representatives of legal aid programs to attend this webinar but you must register to receive the Zoom link.

Registration will close November 18, 2025.

Please contact Erica M. Szuplat, emszuplat@mielegalaid.org, with questions or assistance regarding registration.
