The children's SSI program is a vital part of the safety net, but the rules can be confusing for parents and advocates alike. Please join Andrew Yang, an experienced SSI practitioner at Community Legal Services' MLP at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, for a refresher on the children's disability standard and select financial eligibility rules. 

This session will be geared toward new practitioners and practitioners who only represent children occasionally, with plenty of time for questions.

CLE Credit

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.5 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.
