Free Webinar: Expanding Resources for Self-Represented Parties in Federal Administrative Proceedings

Date & Time: June 27, 2023 - 01:00 PM Eastern

Join the Legal Services Corporation and the Administrative Conference of the United States for an ongoing webinar series about increasing access to justice for parties in federal agency administrative proceedings.

Through this series, we’re exploring how to help more people navigate administrative adjudication effectively, avoid delays or denials of benefits, and ensure that their rights and interests are protected. Part 3 on June 27, at 1:00 p.m. ET, will center on creating and improving resources for self-represented parties in federal administrative proceedings. This includes tools like technology resources or how-to guides.

The conversation will be moderated Georgetown Law professor Eloise Pasachoff. The panelists will include: Katherine Alteneder, Principal, Access to Justice Innovation. David Bonebrake, Deputy Director, Office of Program Performance, Legal Services Corporation. Tamara A. Borland, Taxpayer Advocate Service, Internal Revenue Service. Allie Yang-Green, Executive Director, Legal Aid Interagency Roundtable, U.S. Department of Justice Office for Access to Justice

A recording of the webinar will be available afterward on LSC’s YouTube channel.
