This workshop, entitled How Do Chapter 13s Work?, is part of a series of ten training programs entitled the 2023 PLAN Bankruptcy Boot Camp that is being hosted by Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. on consecutive Fridays through March 24, 2023.

All sessions will run from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Eastern. One substantive CLE credit will be offered for each training with additional time built in for questions, comments, and strategic discussion.

This workshop will cover the following topics:

• How do Ch. 13s work?  
• A review of the plan forms used in each district.  
• Lien avoidance/modification of interest rates in plan
