The Pennsylvania Health Law Project (PHLP) is hosting a free virtual training about Medicare in 2023 on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. During the training, attendees will learn about the following topics:

• Medicare coverage options and costs in 2023 
• Medicare updates, including provisions of recent legislation (BENES ACT and the Inflation Reduction Act) that will impact Medicare beneficiaries as soon as next year
• Programs that help with Medicare costs

The target audience for this training is people who work with or care for people on Medicare. Medicare beneficiaries are also welcome to attend. Much of the information covered in this training will focus on people who have both Medicare and Medicaid (also known as “dual eligibles”) and other Medicare beneficiaries with limited incomes.
