Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring our event. We offer four tiers of sponsorship packages: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

As a sponsor, you will be prominently featured on our website as a valued supporter of our event, with additional recognition on our social media platforms. To further highlight your support, we will formally acknowledge sponsors during the event and in our program book. In addition, we are pleased to provide each sponsor with a complimentary full-page ad placement in the program book.

Each package also includes the listed number of free tickets to our event: 

• Platinum Sponsor - $5,000 
  10 Event Tickets
• Gold Sponsor - $2,000
  5 Event Tickets
• Silver Sponsor - $1,000 
  2 Event Tickets
• Bronze Sponsor - $500 
  1 Event Ticket

The deadline for purchasing a sponsorship is Wednesday, March 12, 2025. 
 

Advertising Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in advertising in our program book. The following options are available: 

• Full-Page - $200
   5.5 inches x 8.5 inches
• Half-Page - $100
  5.5 inches x 4.25 inches

Ads can be color, grayscale or black and white. High resolution images are best. Following the purchase of an advertisement, you will receive an email with additional information on how to submit content.

Advertisements are a wonderful opportunity to champion our cause and to celebrate those who work tirelessly for justice. Congratulate an award recipient or express your support for civil legal aid by purchasing an advertisement.

The deadline for purchasing an advertisement is Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
