Upcoming LIHEAP Public Hearings Scheduled
The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) has recently released the proposed Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) State Plan for 2024-2025. DHS is seeking public comments on the plan and is holding two public meetings to gather input:

The public hearings are a great opportunity to advocate for improvements to program access and eligibility.
Persons who wish to testify on the proposed State Plan at a public hearing should arrange a time by calling (717) 772-7906. Persons from outside the Harrisburg area should call (800) 692-7462 or send a written request, including telephone number, to:
