Is your criminal record preventing you from obtaining employment or housing? Are you eligible to expunge your criminal record or have it sealed or clean slated under Pennsylvania law? Come and find out by attending the Expungement and Clean Slate Clinic on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the NPLS office at 133 N. Second Street, Sunbury, PA 17801.

You must call in advance to reserve a spot in the clinic. The intake number is 877-953-4250; ask to participate in the Sunbury Office Expungement Clinic. The clinic is open to all eligible for services from North Penn Legal Services.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Pennsylvania IOLTA Board, North Penn Legal Services (NPLS) will be able to provide free legal clinics and other services in rural communities of Northeast Pennsylvania. Included in the 2024 series will be a clinic on the topic of Expungement and Clean Slate, hosted by NPLS's Sunbury Office.
