NPLS Announces Free Expungement/Clean Slate Clinic in Sunbury - June 26, 2024

North Penn Legal Services - 60 Years logoIs your criminal record preventing you from obtaining employment or housing? Are you eligible to expunge your criminal record or have it sealed or clean slated under Pennsylvania law? 

Come and find out by attending the Expungement and Clean Slate Clinic on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 12 Noon at the Degenstein Community Library at 40 S. Fifth Street, Sunbury, PA 17801. 

You must call in advance to reserve a spot in the clinic. 

The intake number is 877-953-4250; ask to participate in the Sunbury Office Expungement Clinic. The clinic is open to all eligible for services from North Penn Legal Services.

Thanks to a generous grant from the Pennsylvania IOLTA Board, North Penn Legal Services (NPLS) is able to provide free legal clinics and other services in rural communities of Northeast Pennsylvania.

North Penn Legal Services, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, provides free civil legal assistance to low-income families, individuals, and groups in Northeast Pennsylvania and promotes equal access to justice for all.
