NCLC Seeks Nominations for Consumer Law Awards
The National Consumer Law Center invites and encourages you to nominate worthy candidates for our two annual awards: the prestigious Vern Countryman Award for lifetime achievement in consumer law, and the Rising Star Award for newer attorneys who have made a significant impact.
Both awards will be presented at the 2025 Consumer Rights Litigation Conference (CRLC) Awards Luncheon on November 15, 2025 in Washington, D.C. We are honored to present these awards to attorneys who have a demonstrated record of excellence and have made significant contributions to consumer law and the cause of economic justice.
Nominations for both awards are due by June 30, 2025. If you would like to make a nomination, please click the appropriate link below, complete the Google form, and follow the instructions to submit additional materials via email to awards@nclc.org.
Nominators are strongly encouraged to submit their nominations prior to the deadline, if possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at awards@nclc.org.
We welcome all qualified nominees for consideration, and especially encourage nominators to consider putting forward candidates from diverse backgrounds.
