Spring Training for Utility Law Advocates (Webinar)

Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. has scheduled a new webinar, entitled  Spring Training for Utility Law Advocates, on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 from 12:00 to 1:00.

Spring is almost here and will bring with it the end of the winter moratorium for utility terminations, as well as the end of LIHEAP season. This one-hour session will help prepare new and seasoned advocates for a possible influx of utility termination cases and other utility related issues during this time.

The session will begin with a brief update about emerging utility issues affecting low-income consumers and will end with a question-and-answer session where advocates can ask questions about both the webinar and their cases.

Presenters:

  • Daniela Rakhlina-Powsner – Community Legal Services, Energy Unit
  • John Sweet – Pennsylvania Utility Law Project
