Please join the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network DAP Planning Committee for a new training entitled PA’s Bureau of Disability Determination (BDD) Overview and Initial/Recon Administrative Advocacy on Thursday, July 18 from 2:30 PM–3:30 PM Eastern. 

Alicia Merrill of MidPenn Legal Services and Caitlin Rudin of Philadelphia Legal Assistance will do an overview of BDD and a deeper dive into applications, reconsideration, and working with BDD adjudicators as part of effective advocacy at these initial administrative levels.

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.
