Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. is hosting a virtual CLE program entitled Introduction to the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) for Legal Aid Attorneys on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Eastern. 

Attorneys from Regional Housing Legal Services and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency will give an overview of the LIHTC program, including the basic structure of a typical transaction, how LIHTC rents are determined, and eviction protections in the LIHTC lease.

CLE Credit

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 1.0 hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit.
