Defending Against Utility Terminations: A Spring Primer (Webinar)

Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. is hosting a training webinar entitled Defending Against Utility Terminations: A Spring Primer on March 30, 2023 from 1:00 PM-2:30 PM Eastern.

Spring is almost here and will bring with it the end of the winter moratorium for utility terminations, as well as the end of LIHEAP season. Join the Pennsylvania Utility Law Project (PULP) to learn about the latest changes in utility assistance and advocacy for utility consumer rights and protections in Pennsylvania. We encourage new and seasoned advocates and attorneys to attend to learn strategies to resolve the most common utility issues, access assistance through utility and statewide programs, and help consumers connect to services and prevent utility terminations.
